I do not think you can. I have 13 year old girls and I can not stop them. All the the people we know that have twins have the same problems. I think it is a twin thing.

Twins have a special bond, and also have communication skills that only they know. Believe it or not, it's out of love that they behave this way and there is pretty much nothing you can do or change. Just give it time and they'll tune into something else !!!

Make them hug each other for one minute on the first offense and increase it another minute, after 5 offenses take something away that they cherish. If that doesn't work, make them do something together like yard work and if they get along doing that and cooperate with each oter, perhaps reward them with a trip to the mall or local pizza place. Look I'm a twin (girls) 2 and you really can't it's all out of love they will get over it trust me I did

Consequences for their behavior (punishment) usually works. Start taking away their things for each insult.
cell phone- gone
tv- gone
computer use- gone
favorite clothes- gone
money- gone
I think they'll learn pretty quickly.

Teach them and let them govern themselves. Not sure what else you can do, maybe they're just having fun.

just let them fight they ill alway's fight no matter what but they know that they are brother's and sister!!! just ground them!
