The other night I step out to through away some garbage and talk to my neighbor. My puppy nock my scotch on the floor and drank some. She also chewed the remote and my cell phone. This morning she was throwing up. I checked on her at lunch time and there was a little more throwup in her cage but when I let her out she was full of energy and ready to go. Is this just something that has to work through her system.

Alcohol is a poison to dogs, so you got lucky that your puppy didn't drink too much of it. If she's still ok today, and she's acting normal, and is eating and drinking, she'll be fine.

if she's ok by now, she'll be fine, just a little hungover this morning. once, when my spaniel was 6months old, she got 1/4lbs of fudge. we were so scared but she just went running around the house all day like a kid that ate that much. never got sick once. but the belgium shepard i had would puke her brains out if she had one hershey kiss. just keep it all up higher from her. it might have been more of the plastic that made her sick this morning since its not so fun to pass. just keep an eye on her the rest of the day and make sure she's eating and drinking. if anything is out of the ordinary, call the vet and let her know what happened.

She will be fine. I am from the backwoods of Georgia and dogs around my town get beer all the time. She jus has a hang over just like any human would. Don't worry, she was just having herself a good ol time and is now regreting it.

Just keep an eye on her, she should be fine. If she is still throwing up then don't feed her food for a few days. Give her rice and some broth instead.

if she was going to be NOT ok she'd be dead by now. Learn a lesson and keep booze up away from her. Booze isn't good for dogs, can destroy their kidney and liver. If she's not showing any signs of throwing up and is energetic she will be ok.

i think you have no problem. If my 6lb pom can eat 3 200 miligram caffine pills and be ok, i think your lab will be ok on alcohol. And like the 1st person said alcoloh is poison to dogs......................... DUH alcohol is poison to humans too, that's why we get the buzz.!!
let it work itself out. Your doggy is going to be ok...
but watch out, now he's probably an alcoholic.... watch your scotch for the future..... j/k
