You could try the Muzzy DVDs. I don't know if greek is one of the offered languages but they are supposed to be great for teaching kids a second language.

I would try Rosetta. I have used it to teach my son Spanish and German. He is 4 and can do the excercises himself. He can even talk into the microphone and it grades him on his pronunciation of the word.
