One thing is that Dr.Pepper does not have prune juice in it like alot of people think.

Dr. Pepper is made with cane sugar and not the less expensive corn syrup, and is not marketed as a cola. I went to Wikipedia and discovered that you are correct...Dr. Pepper DOES NOT now, nor did it ever, CONTAIN PRUNE JUICE! I'm gonna have to write to Alton Brown on Food Network for having passed on that base canard.

Dr. Pepper is a fruit soda and Pepsi is not. Dr. Pepper is prune soda. I only drink fruit sodas. Dr. Pepper is the only dark (besides grape and black cherry) soda and the only caffiented fruit soda. Pepsi is just some **** put together.

Two big things, I've found.
Pepsi (that used to be my favorite) has too much acid in it. It breaks me out now.
Dr. Pepper has a cherry vanilla flavor that is so unbelievably good!
My new obsession.
