It varies from reservation to reservation, usually subject to a "local option" vote by tribal members or the tribal council. Navaho is dry, for example; Mohawk-St.Regis and Mohawk-Kahnawake, to name two I know, are wet.
On some reservations, Mashantucket Pequod, for example, liquor is available only by the drink within tribal casinos or by the bottle at tribal resort hotels.

No, no alcoholic beverages of any kind can either be sold on Indian Reservations , nor can it be legally be possessed by Native Americans on the reservations. Alcoholism is huge problem, with Native Americans , nobody wants to encourage it .

Yes.. I lived on a reservation in the 90's and it was readily available then and I visited old friends in 2002 and it still was available. And Yes there is a huge drinking problem on the rez, but no laws prohibiting sale possession or use( at least the reservation that I lived on in Wi.)
