I know it has to stay cool and I want to send cheesecake to a friend that lives out of state and is not doing well. How would I go about doing that?

Have it delivered to them from a local bakery in their area or a company that specializes in this such as www.bakemeawish.com
I know you probably want to make it yourself but with something as perishable as cheesecake it's better to be safe than sorry.
