Mosley, De La Hoya, Margarito, Baldomir. They have a shot but I would have to say this. Mayweather would have to have a night where he was a little bit off, (With his rhythm, timing, etc.) or taking his opponent too lightly, which I believe he is capable of.

James C ~
Any boxer can be beat and Floyd can a will be beaten when he fights either Margarito or De La Hoya. Floyd is really good given the quality of opposition thus far. Who has a beaten? Judah? Judah was all mouth that unfortuately for him wrote a check his butt couldn't cash. Gatti? Gatti's been shot for the past four years taking more punishment than any ten fighters combined. He hasn't fought anybody.
Floyd turned down eight million dollars to fight Margarito, that's 6 million more than he's getting to face Baldomir. Floyd claims "He wants to collect as many belts as possible." Margarito would not only beat Floyd but he would stop him in eight rounds with a tremendous body attack, the same thing would happen he ever faced De La Hoya, the key is in the body attack. The way Floyd tucks his head into his left shoulder and rolls away from the punch shifting his weight to his rear foot, he's talior made for a left hook to the body.
Floyd fights exactly the same way his Uncle Roger fought, the same tuck your head and roll style exactly. Roger was beating a lot of fighters with that slick style nobody could catch Roger with a clean head shot. In comes Julio Cesar Chavez and puts on a clinic in body punching ,beating the life out of the "Black Mamba" The same thing would happen to Floyd. You don't think Uncle Rog has wispering in his ear "Be afraid! Be very afraid!"
Thanks for the great question Roger C, Peace!

If I could do this in a Larry Merchant voice I would.... ; )
Floyd Mayweather can only be beat by one man at this point in his career. And that is Floyd Mayweather himself.
Seriously, assuming Mayweather is focused and trains seriously no one in the world has the skills to beat him at this point.
He does, however, have one achilles heel--or more appropriately, a couple of them: he's got very brittle hands that seemingly get broken or at least injured every time he fights. To date, he's been able to fight through the pain but this could easily catch up with him at some point and cost him a fight.
As Mayweather ages, he'll get beat at some point. Fighters can keep their power as they age, but speed gets away from a fighter *real* fast. At some point he'll likely fight one fight too many and be in against a younger guy with superior speed and reflexes. He's a very skilled tactical fighter, but like the old saying goes "speed kills" and so much of his game is predicated on that.
There are scenarios where any of the top guys in his weight class could beat him but at this stage in his career IMO it would have to be due to a lack of focus or a hand injury.

maybe Margarito....definately not baldomir or a fat de la hoya!! margarito vs mayweather has to happen...if mayweather wins, then he cant be beaten!
But of course, he will fight for a long time and when he's finally out of his prime and looses a couple of fights, people will say hes a dud like roy jones jr....sigh..but in reality he would be top 10 all time like roy is!!!!
