From a marketing standpoint, you may have an idea. It will be hard to patent, though, so if you have any success, a better-capitalized company will put you out of business rather quickly. Sell your idea instead of retailing the product. Or, sell your product, get some brand name recognition and sell your brand name along with your inventory. Of course, putting your idea on open forums like this will not help your financial plans.

And why stop at Bush?
You could start up an effigie manufacturing business, making effigies of any and all heads of State and high profile folks.
You'd make a fortune, AND be an equal-opportunity abuser.

Yeah, why not. If you think how much some people have made with conspiracy theories.
It would be refreshing to be upfront about you effigies, and tell everyone they are only for burning, and not for recreational purposes.
