It makes you active. It tastes good. It's very refreshing. It doesn't act so much as substitution for food. Hey also coke can be used to help cure a bad stomach.
I'm sorry thats all i can think of. I can think of a lot of bad coca cola does though. It's wierd cause i love coca cola.

It's good if you use a Coke to glaze a ham while baking....
Coke really does clean off battery cable connections on your car.
And Diet Coke can be substituted for eggs and oil in cake recipes..making it a "Diet Cake"...it rises, but just a tad bit less and does stay moist. The taste is good....chocolate cake and Diet Cherry Coke makes for a taste similar to Cordial Cherries (chocolate covered cherries).
