it really depends on the size of the bagel, today there is no standard size , so some are small while others are much bigger having more calories.. each brand is different so what you can do is weigh it, a plain regular small bagel weighing 2 oz has 160 calories a medium bagel weighing 3 oz has 240 calories while a large bagel weighing 4 oz has 320 calories..

It depends on if it's small, medium or large sized bagel. It also depends on the kind of bagel it is. A small egg bagel is 192, med 292, large egg is 364, that doesn't include anything that you may put on the bagel. If the bagel is cinn raisin or blueberry there are more calories than that.
