Chicken enchiladas and a big kettle of chili. At night when it gets down to freezing temperature.

I find 30 minutes of intensive cardiovascular exercise when I'm feeling down makes me feel better than any food I could eat. I think it's all those endorphins and adrenaline pumping through your system and your blood circulating really make you feel ALIVE.

Hot mocha for everyday little moments!

Hot campbell tomato soup and you can add almost anything. You can put in: seafood, bamboo shoot, tofu etc.. It is very good for your sinus when you are sick and easy to put you to sleep afterward.

a hot dish I call glop, I need to both make it & eat it after high stress, cooking is very theraputic for me & I use whatever I have.
