*chuckle* Excellent point. We ARE all born as atheists. Of course, we're also born without any dexterity and without a concept of object permanence... but I'm not discounting the fact that staying atheistic would be great for almost all of us. Developing our motor functions, on the other hand... that's just useful.
Oh, and Will... you don't have to say you are something to be that something. They're atheists by default.

One question screams out for an answer what were you on when you came up with you inane premise its obvious you know nothing about God ,his will or his word the Bible so do yourself a favor read it and then ask if you must an intelligent question all thinking beings were created by God even those who chjose not to believen in him because they dont want to be accountable for their actions to him but because they dont believe in him does not mean he doesnt exhist Im sure you have heard the expression there are NO atheist in foxholes when the going gets rough they are praying to God just like the rest of us Gorbalizer

Actually, God says that He wrote His laws on the hearts of all men so none would have excuse. Translation? The thing that makes you do or not do; i.e., your consciense, the laws of your heart that govern you to do or not do wrong, are put there by God to help us choose to do right. That is why we as humans have guilt when we have done something wrong or intentionally hurt someone in some way. That is why a person with no guilt for wrongdoing is called a sociopath, someone who most of us would agree needs deep psychaitric help.
I can see from the very words you chose to write, the way you spelled and punctuated, that you are not actually an atheist. You have doubts, you are struggling, you WANT desparately not to believe, but something deep down in your heart keeps testifying to your mind that you are wrong in your disbelief. After all, out of the mouth proceed the matters of the heart. And your heart? Your heart says God is real.

Why should u condemn yourself to stay like that and pretending that God wanted you to stay in the dark while u know the truth deep down inside?
So if u can talk like that, You are not an atheist, but u want to be called atheist. Consider urself as a non-believer instead of atheist, so maybe one day u'll accept Jesus as ur savior for it's more difficult for an atheist to accept Jesus than a non-believer.

I'm amazed at the statements that are made without a shred of evidence, barring the usual thumbsuck. Atheism, by definition, is the doctrine or belief that there is no God, so it is contradictory to say that we are created as atheists. Where, in any written work, does it state that it is God's will that we are born atheists?

Don't you find it even remotely interesting that as far back as human civilizations has been studied, they all had a form of religion and/or worshiped a God(s). The Mesopotamians, the Sumerians, the Inca's the Aztec's the Mayans, Ancient Egyptians, EVERY ancient civilization discovered has worshiped. Even the Pagans, Wiccans and neo-pagan religions have a God(s). I have to wonder why you think that all the billions of people throughout history are wrong...and you, Mr. Jack Bauer is right.

HELLO .God did not create us atheists. He was with the first Adam and Eve and gave them the rules to live by. Then he gave Moses the 10 commandments.I was born knowing Gods law.go
to any ancient text. i.e. Egyptian book of the dead , They knew to get to heaven they can not kill .they can not steal etc.All mankind has always been under Gods law.We all do not follow it but we very well know it.

We can deduce that either God does not exist, or, if he did, he does not promote religion.
If God existed and promoted religion, people would all believe in the same version of God and would not have to have a book, teacher, priest or anything else to teach them the "word of God."
And in reference to the comment about "agnostic," agnostic means "ignorant" and technically, babies are ignorant, but that is not a statement of belief, it is a meaningless word invented in 1870 by a cowardly atheist.

He didn't create you as atheists but he did give you free will you believe you just wanna be selfish laugh and have your fun now because unforunately whether or not you admit you will pay later so choose wisely your choice doesn't affect me one bit but it will you for eternity!!
