In my opinion... I think you should go to this man - face to face - and remind him that you are not together anymore - and if he really cared about you the way he says he does - he would respect your own emotions by not contacting you anymore... The best thing to do is lay it out there on the line for hiim one more time. You know, he only wants to hear your voice and assuems that there may be that one spark of a chance to get you to come back to him... Be firm in your response this time... Remind him that you are over the relationship and its time he moves on, and that if he does not - you will have to take further action and contact the authorities... ask him if he wants that mess to deal with... Be nice - afterall... at one point in time - you guys used to be "IN LOVE" - right?? Good Luck!!

Be determined to absolutely NOT engage him in any way. When his calls come in, have the switchboard put them through, & as soon as you hear his voice. HANG UP. Don't say hi, & don't give him a chance to finish a sentence, just HANG UP!
Erase his voicemails without listening to them. Now some networks can block e-mails & send a notification to the sender that the e-mail has been blocked. If not, just reply to the next e-mail e-mail & fake an automated message that says the e-mail has been identified as comming from an unwanted source & all future e-mails will be deleted without further notification.
After that just delete his e-mails without reading them.
If he doesn't get the message, then he's a STALKER. I have taken a particular interest in stalkers in my business (Security) & have too much to share here with you now on that subject, especially since you didn't really ask about stalkers.
So all I will say is that I certainly hope that he just goes away for you.
All the best!

Be assertive. This is a good time to learn this valuable skill, because there is no need to worry about hurting the feelings of an ex, and assertiveness comes in handy in many situations. Next time he calls, say, "You are my 'old' boyfriend for a reason. I don't want to talk to you anymore. Stop calling me. Do not ever call me again." And then hang up. Any normal person will stop if you phrase it that clearly. If he does not stop, he is not normal and you should definitely then get a restraining order.

There's nothing you can do except keep ignoring him. Breakups are always hard in the beginning for some people and I guess it's hard for your b/f to except the fact that the two of you are finally over. It's tough, but you have to keep ignoring him. Continue to not take his calls, don't read the emails and do not even listen to the voicemail. It'll be a rocky round but believe me when I tell you, he will get the hint eventually.

Email him ONE message, saying your relationship is over and you will take out a restraining order if he doesn't immediately stop calling and e-mailing you. Tell him you won't take his calls or reply to any e-mails, he needs to realize it's over and move on with his life.
If that doesn't get rid of him, get that restraining order.

This is called harrassment. You can tell him that if he doesn't stop immediately you will file and order of protection against him. It's a simple procedure that can be done at your local court house. Stand you ground and don't take his calls! Good Luck!

I guess your boss could answer and tell him not to call on his business phone. I had that problem he got tired of being hung up on and stopped calling, lots of luck.
