Most species do..but some like the Anna's Hummingbird are resident in California year round. Other species can fly hundreds of miles to their southern wintering grounds.

Hi,,, yes they do... i work offshore on a drilling rig in the gulf of mexico,,,, and have seen them land on the rig in route to Mexico...
