ask why you can't meet them, suggest that you would like to and then just be friendly, relaxed approachable and honest with out trying too hard to be their friend. be interested in what they have to say, ask the questions about themselves. They will then feel valued and respected. They may even find it quite disarming if you are able to tell them that you were worried about meeting them and why.
Finally don't try to demonstarte too much affection to your partner until you know them better, let them get used to you first. i know that they are older children but you are still with their parent and thus still little boys at heart.
Good luck!

My son, who was 21 at the time, point blank refused to meet my new partner. He decided that of his own choice and I respected it.
Whilst I had never had all that many partners after I split from his mum many years before he just decided one day he wanted me as his dad but desired no contact with anyone else in my life.
Don't be confrontational about this, how local are the lads to you?
suggest that you would like to meet them, somewhere where they feel comfortable

Confront her about it. She might have a good reason, she might not. But at the end of the day you have been together for 4 years so that is abit wierd that she wont introduce them to you.
I think that if she has been in a past marriage (which I am guessing she has) then maybe her two boys, even thouyght they have grown up now, might not be happy to meet you because they only want their father (that is if he is still with us). Which ever, good or bad, you need to think about both scenarios and ask her... otherwise, it might end up in tears!
Goodluck
