I'm entering a baking contest in our city's State Fair this year. I need to make a dish that includes Ranch Dressing. I have to use a specific brand - Hidden Valley. I must use at least 2 tablespoons of the liquid variety or a package of the dried dressing.
Any suggestions? I need something that's unique but tasty!
Thanks in advance!

Yes, it's a cooking contest. I don't necessarily need to 'bake' anything.

Ranch Chicken Pizza
1/2 cup Ranch dressing
8 oz. softened cream cheese
2 tbls. tomato paste
Stir together top 3 ingredients
1- 12 " prepared pizza crust (I have done them on bagels too)
Spread top mixture on Crust.
Add, chopped onions, peppers (optional) and 1 cup shreaded Mozzarella cheese.
Cook @ 450 for 15 min's.
Not bad. Try it. You can always use other ingredients instead of chicken. Be creative. Good Luck!

I hope you mean a cooking contest - there is no recipe or creation that would allow you to use dressing in baked goods - cakes et al. However, the dried version is meerly a mix of herbs and spices and can be used as a very tast rub on any type of protein - for some reason it works better on chicken, pork and fish - but beef and lamb should work as well. I would lightly coat the protein with olive oil and then rub the seasoning product into the meat then either roast or bbq same.

Make up the dip according to package directions. Then you could add sun-dried tomatoes, pesto, basil, dill, clams, or frozen drained and squeezed spinach. (All those are separate, not all at once) Sock it in a bread bowl, and use the bread cubes around your platter to make it look attractive. Good luck!
