I knew you were going to bring out the bible thumpers to answer this question, but to answer it in a logical way, yes. I am 35 and have a normal life and relationship, but still just hang with my family. It helps us know more about each others life so you aren't distancing yourself from each other. Trust me, there are times when I don't bother to see them for a few weeks at a time, but I make sure I have regular quality time with all of them.
