pickle juice, or mineral water, something that has salt in it(people say sugar but I think it's wrong), also eat some bread, it depends on what you had to drink, usually I drink few bottles of light beer(corona), take a hot shower and take a nap for few hours,

but the best thing would be after you drink and before you go sleep puke it all out so it doesn't stay in your stomach(if you can't puke drink few glasses of water), then you won't get a hangover.

usually people get hangover when they drink cheap drinks and mix drinks(vodka with orange juice), like if you drink vodka and then you drink beer or wine you'll get crazy hangover, so when you drink try to drink one kind of drink, if you drink beer don't mix it with anything(not even other kind of beer), and don't drink on an empty stomach, try to eat something that has fat in it

p.s. in the morning don't drink water it will make you feel drunk again and sick(you'll puke) :) eat bread

some people say take tylenol or aspirin before going to sleep, don't mix medicine with alcohol

Sleep is always the best way to cure a hangover, but not everyone has the time to sleep off a night of hard-core drinking... Usually the biggest symptom of a hangover is dehydration (which causes headaches among other things). Drink lots of water and eat a light healthy meal, like fresh fruit and a yogurt. It's also a good idea take vitamins to help your system recover (B6 and C especially), but as always, check with your doctor before starting any vitamin regimine.

Don't get out of bed!! Actually drinking water every once in awhile the night you are drinking helps and also if you can take 2 aspirin with a glass of water before bed will also come in handy. A good part of a hangover is dehydration so the water will fix that.

Hangovers are from dehydration. The absoulte best cure is 4 Advil and lots of water. If not water, then Pedialyte with electrolytes are good and Gatorade is OK, but still has lots of sugar that will dehydrate you also. Really, some kind of pain relief an chug lots of water or other hydrating drink.

Hang overs are caused by the alcohol dehydrating your body. There are a number of home remedies that can and don't work, it is your choice to try them. Your body is still lacking water so it is best to rehydrate slowly. Drink water/Gatorade/etc. slowly and no alcohol. If you want to eliminate or lessen the hang over pains the next day then try drinking 1 glass of water for every alcoholic drink you drink.

Take two or three aspirin with a full glass of water BEFORE you go to bed..and more than likely you will not wake up with a hangover.

Alcohol constricts the blood vessels, that's part of the reason for the headache. Take an analgestic & drink lots of fluids such as Gadorade or even water.

Heres my cure.....Gatorade (and lots of it), a nice big breakfast (usually mcdonalds...best after drinking), and a long hot shower. Then a nap. 5 hours later back to normal hahaha. Of course this only works on saturdays really.

I picked this one up from a bar in Scotland and it works. There is a Scottish soda called Irn-Bru (pronounced Iorn Brew) it can be hard to find in the US but if you look up a british food import store they will definitely carry it, take three cans of this and chug them.
