shines? I mean has a good countenance, eyes are bright and pure and full of light? Does that mean you can see their soul, or how they lead their life?
I don't mean looks or anything like that. I mean the interior only and what causes them to shine or be bright?

What you are talking about is the inner glow that is visible to everyone, like when a woman is pregnant and is so happy and thankful about her situation whether she believes it comes from God or not. Brides and grooms glow on their day. It is just in our nature to let joy burst forth when we are happy. Isn't God wonderful to let us reflect joy in that way.

"The eyes are the window to the soul". This is confusing for some people because they only think about looking into anothers eyes to see if they are a good person. What about the fact that a window is made for looking out of too. People who see God in things shine.

When you love Jesus his light shines in you heart and mind and soul and spririt a person who shines is radiant there is a glow and a beauty about that person and you can tell something is different and speical about them.

i have seen people shine that didnt shine before ... it could be many things
some may think it is God , or religion ... what i have noticed is that when people start to love themself more and respect themself ... they light up so bright that others will see them for who they really are

im told i glow ,as when i was in my last relationship i always looked ill now i look well the eyes are bright my hair shines and im happy inside as well as out and i quess this is what people mean that you actually look alive ,and happy and young for your age as when you are sad you do tend to look ill or bad or grey and the hair and skin suffer,if you are happy inurself you will glow ,and im living proof.
