I don't believe in the Devil, but if I did, it would be Pat Robertson or Jerry Falwell.

Pat Robertson may make money, but he also funds many helpful organizations as well. I don't know that he is a prophet, but he is a true God loving well intending man!! Research the organizations he has funded and you might think otherwise!

There is probably no one in American that knows more about the Bible than does Pat Robertson. He is a brilliant theologian. However, he is a mess when it comes to politics. He has a bad habit of putting his foot in his mouth, and he really should stay out of politics and commenting on the news.

No, it proves he's controversial and nothing more. Everyone would be a prophet by those standards. People bag on me all the time, that doesn't make me anything special.

Wouldn't a "bagging" standard make Charles Manson a prophet too?

LOL! Good one!

I guess he never read the bible. It says it's easier for a camel to get through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the Kingdom of God.

Jesus said, "By their fruits shall ye know them," not by how much fruit is thrown at them....!

But no, seriously, it's a logical fallacy - yes, a true prophet would probably draw a lot of flak, but that doesn't mean that everyone who draws flak is a prophet.
