Jewerly, money , perfume , new car ,clothes any of these most women like my husband got me the 3 stone diamond necklace which is the past,present & future diamond necklace it was beatiful ive only been married almost 2 yrswe got married on valentines day last year & im 25 but i would love to be able to celebrate 17yrs or more with my husband & the fact that you express youre love for her by getting other people advice & that she looks 20yrs younger & very beatiful thats amazing she is one lucky woman to have you good luck to you on finding a nice gift for her & i hope she has a really nice b-day

Jewelry. Personally I would not want diamonds cuz of all the stuff happening in Sierra Leone. I like silver with non-faceted gems.
Flowers. What are her favorites? Don't just send random flowers.
What would she like? On our birthdays my husband would give me tools and I would give him cooking stuff.
How about tickets to a concert of a group she likes PLUS a CD. So she gets this little package and opens it up and there is a measly CD and she's getting kinda upset but then she sees the 2 tickets taped to the back.

Flowers and a trip to an exotic location or a romantic getaway: a cruise around the caribbean, greek islands...etc. Diamonds are good too. Happy anniversary!
