He is just a flirt. He probably wants you to feel that he "likes" you but he just wants to mess around. He already has a girlfriend!!! Thats a red flag he is a loser.

Well let's just say that if he did like you he would break up with his girlfriend and call you his... my guess he doesn't... maybe he just wants to get you in the sack... be careful.... Even if he does like you and breaks up with his GF would you want that type of guy who tells other girls that he loves them while he is with you?????? I would think NOT...
