Steam them! Do Not Emerge in Water. If you don't have a steaming pot. Use a big pot, put a bowl upside down in pot. Add water to bowl level. Place crab legs on top of bowl. Cover with lid. Let cook about 8-10 minutes. Done. Serve with melted butter, and ENJOY! Good Luck!

Season boiling water with Jamaican Jerk Seasoning. Place crab legs in colander, cover legs (still in colander) with lid, and steam 10 to 15 minutes, depending on thickness of crab legs. Enjoy!

Definitely steam them. Agreed that when you can smell them they're done. 10-15 minutes. Depends on if they're fresh or frozen.
And remember, save the shells and make stock out of it. Make a good crab chowder or bisque. It is so flavorful!

Steam your Crab legs for 20 minutes. While you are steaming, make a lemon butter garlic sauce for dipping...(1 cube butter, melted, 1 fresh squeezed lemon, and 1 tablespoon minced garlic) Crack shell, and enjoy. Sooooo Yummy

steam them over lightly salted boiling water. Put them in a colander and cover. Steam until just hot... they cook quick.
