I can not answer for George Bush, he will have to answer to God for his decisions. I am sure God will take into consideration his intent. Jesus would not do any of those things. Christians that "support" the war in Iraq mostly support the troops, not the violence.

if the first answer in this is true than he is not GOD , reason even jesus acting like a school going kid that all who are on my side will live the rest perish , if this is what jesus has said than he is less than an ordinary good human being who never thinks of harming others ,simply because he doesn't believe in him.
A GOD should be one who takescare of all irrespective of his faith since he has some faith in good and God.Not kill the non-believers becoz there could be 3 billion people who dont believe in jesus and of out this atleast 10% people live their life without harming others. If jesus kills non-believers he is no more than bush or osama bin laden as these two want only their believers to survive and the rest perish or the 2nd comming of jesus could be one of these as they very much satisfy the character of jesus as given in bible.

Don't generalize, if u actually took the time to read the Bible you would see that Jesus was the most peaceful, loving Man ever. Bush is one Christian, he doesn't embody Christianity, what he does isn't right and one day he's gna have to answer to God just like ever1 else. None of us are perfect, and bashing an entire religion based on one person is realllllllly bigot.

George Bush is a Christian. The war on terror is not a Christian Crusade though. The war on terror is to protect attacks on Americans & to protect Aphganistan's & Iraq's baby democracies. There is freedom for religion in the Iraq & Aphganistan constitutions, because of a petitions, now (I can give you more info if you ask.).
We can forgive terrorists for 9/11, because God tells us Christians to forgive our enemies & pray for them. I do that. In the question of who would Jesus torture? I had a dream of where terrorists go (shortly after one died) & that is a place of terror. If one's life goal is to terrorize, that is God's righteous judgment when one dies.
Jesus shed His own blood for the remission of our sins, including the terrorist, if we just confess Him Lord & believe in our hearts the atonement for sins & resurrection.
President has been falsly accused of bombing innocent people, or torturing people. The ones doing the bombing, killing, torturing are the terrorist. They threaten everyones peace with death.
Also, George Bush is heaven bound because He has already received the free gift of ever lasting life. He is a born again Christian. Right now, I recognize false accusations against Him when I read them or hear them. I believe God has special rewards for our President when He stands at Heavens Gates, because he stays the course (if God's direction) even if many in America opposes him.

First of all this is a war between good and evil, when people make wrong choices they have to be held accountable for their actions.
God is not the one doing the killing,If any of you remember the devil is the one who comes to rob, kill and destroy.I think it's in all of our best interest to trust the only Holy God.anything else is an impostor.... Jesus came to save us not destroy....

A lot of us are Christians, but we do and say things that are very un-Christian.
The problem is that it seems that trying to talk to terrorists and saying "Let's all get along" doesn't seem to work. It would be great if everyone in the world got along, but sadly we can't at this time. Who knows what the future holds????

I asked the same question two days ago...

The answers I got were not satisfying. Most either called me names (apparently another 'Christian value' I was not aware of) or claimed Bush didn't do all the things we all know he did/does. The only explanation that made any sense was that they had one or two issues (usually gay rights and abortion) that drove their support of Bush.
These are exactly the reasons I cannot be a practicing Christian or a Republican. All I see is contradiction, hate, and greed.

He would not bomb or tourture.
But at the end, when the great war of God Almighty comes, all who stand opposed to his Kingdom, will be put to death.
Jesus is not the one that is ordering the war, he is only doing what is right. The color of your question seems to be pointing at Islam. As such, you may be right if your intent is to show that Christians are not supposed to elevate themselves to the judgment seat of God.
The war on those that are suitable for destruction, is to be executed by God on his terms.
There is no room in the Holy Scriptures for those that are willing to usurp God's authority, and kill other humans.
As bad as Islam is for putting people to death, anyone who thinks they are a Christian, and is willing to put people to death is in the same position of opposing God as the Muslims that they are willing to kill.

Jesus is not in the White House. The man appointed to be president is there. We need to pray for him that he may make godly decisions.
If your life isn't worth defending, then by all means lay all weapons down and surrender to terrorists.
