It depends on what kind of diet you're doing. I like cottage cheese, or a bagel with light cream cheese. When I do eat breakfast.
The sinful breakfast (and a treat maybe every couple months) is a sausage McMuffin with Egg. You can treat yourself.

I am trying to lower my cholesterol, so I eat oat bran cereal with flax seeds and raisins for breakfast just about every day. I add a little of that "butter" with no transfats and alittle sugar, and it is yummy!!
I have no idea of the calories, but it is low fat, tasty and good for the heart!

Choose among these. Combinations are okay. A glass of skimmed milk. 2-4 slices of white bread with peanut butter or hazelnut chocolate spread topped with slices of banana. 1 slice of wholemeal bread. A glass of plain water. Boiled fresh broccoli (half bowl; eaten on its own; don't add salt). A glass of fresh juice, sugar-free if you can. 1 boiled egg.
Healthy food must also be appetizing, not dull.

one waffle with low calorie syrup and some kind of fruit in the morning is a healthy breakfast. one waffle is only 100 calories (you can even get the one that's flavored strawberry), and low calorie syrup would be 35 calories per 1/3 of a cup. and then, drink some tea with it instead of coffee or juice.

Try egg whites with vegetables and cook them in a pan to make an omlette- you can prep for all of this a week in advance and keep the cut veggies in a storage container- oatmeal is good because it has a lot of fiber in it- yogurt, lowfat not fat free, is good for you with fruit- my fav is a bagel, one with a lot of fiber in it, spread with lowfat straw cream cheese and layered with strawberries. you get fiber, nutrients without a lot of fat, you can even get low carb bagels these days too. just make sure you are eating protein and fruit, those are always two choices you can't go wrong with. and the proper proportions too!

Here are some ideas:
1) Whole wheat toast with no sugar added jam, cottage cheese and a piece of fruit.
2) Piece of cinnamon raisin bread with reduced fat cream cheese an 4 oz. of orange juice.
3) Omelet made with Egg Beaters, fill with your choice of veggies and low-fat cheese. I like mushrooms, chopped tomato and onion.
Good luck to you. :)
