Yes that's when I found out. Providing your baby is not in a position where they are hiding their parts, you can tell at 4 months (16 weeks)

Yes. 16-18 weeks is usual time for ultra sound. You can actually tell at 12-13 weeks, but that is not the best time for the other tests done during the ultrasound. Good luck!

Generally they like to wait until 16 weeks to be for sure. You can sometimes tell around 13/14 weeks, but every baby is different, developes diffferently, bla, bla, bla. So your best bet at finding out for sure is after 16 weeks. As long as it decides to cooperate of course.

Yes you can. I was almost 17 weeks when I found out it was a girl and i had a girl! True that the further along you are the better chances of it being correct.

It is possible. But alot of sonogram specialists will not tell you until 20 weeks to be sure. All baby's develop at different rates. If it is a boy the penis is fairly easy to notice at this stage.

good luck and congratulations

I think you can, but to be more accurate, OBs usually wait til you're 20 to 24 weeks.

I had my ultrasound at 22 weeks.

Thank you, I was getting ready to ask this my self. I am almost 14 weeks, at my last appt. I was 12 weeks, and we couldn't tell. My next appt. is at 16 weeks, and the doc said we will probably be able to tell. Good Luck!

If you have an experienced tech, there is a possibility, but you may have to go back at 20 weeks if they can't.
