I recently bought a baicast low profile reel and everytime I put line onto it it puts more line on one side than the other? Am I spooling it wrong?

Make certain your worm gear and prawl are operating correctly, then follow "Fisherman's Wife" advice. You have to guide the line to keep it from bunching up on one side. When properly installed it should be level all across the surface, hence the name "levelwind reel."

Don't put your finger and thumb both on the line while spooling it. You may be forcing the line to one side.

you line guide is slipping. try cleaning it our real good you may have some dirt in there. if that does not work you guide pin may be worn or broke. then you would have to get it repaired

You have to guide the line on there with your other hand back and forth.
