my arms have excess skin and has fat. what do i have to do to make it smaller/slimmer?

You need to do free weights for your triceps. Upper arm work out.

Use small dumbells (5-10 pounds) and do high repititions (15-20)of arm exercises for your biceps and triceps. This will tone and condition the muscles without developing bulk. Push-ups are great too because they use your own body weight as a resistive force.

You need start by changing your diet (very low carb - only carbs for breakfast) with 3 sessions of cardio, but you also need to increase your activity with your arms, use 5lb dumbbells and perform high reps (alt dumbbell curl - 3 sets x 15-20 reps) (tri pulldowns - 3 sets x 20 reps or overhead dumbbel ext - 3 sets x 20 reps (use 10lbs)). Make sure to only train your arms at most twice a week, example Mon and Fri. Make sure to not re-train your arms if they are sore, since your muscles have not fully recovered, again wait until the soreness goes away, hence the reason for the 4 days before re-training.

weights. rotate 15 tricep straight to 15 bicep wait 1 min. do it again. u want to 3-4 sets 3xs a week

To save money..u can take two 500ml bottles (filled with water), then hold one each..stretch out your arms..and move ur arms up and down for 5 to 10 mins..the arms must remain horizontal..you can do it everyday..but this exercise takes time and dilligence..

They need toned up. Get yourself some 5 pound hand weights and do some exercises with them. Do it 3 times a day...everyday, youll see a difference.

u can do that having extensions by dumbles 3 sets of 10 reps daily

THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS TARGETED WEIGHT LOSS.

arm exercises will NOT make you lose arm fat.
crunches and sit ups will NOT make you lose belly fat.
leg lifts and lunges will NOT make make you lose leg fat.

you must lose weight all around and your arms will slim too, naturally.

I just gained weight everywhere else to make my arms look thinner...it was much easier (:-))
