God supported His last Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) with many miracles and much evidence which proved that he is a true Prophet sent by God. Also, God supported His last revealed book, the Holy Quran, with many miracles that prove that this Quran is the literal word of God, revealed by Him, and that it was not authored by any human being.
The Quran contains many miracles including scientific miracles. Keep in mind that the Quran was revealed over 1400 years ago. The Quran is in its original form since its revelation. Many sientific miracles were just discovered recently. Please visit this link for details:

One question I have for you: Did you ever hear about the Councel of Nicea? I would recommend that you research and ask about this.
The Quran mentions the original bible and mentions Jesus (Peace Be Upon Him) more than Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him). One other thing that many Christians are not aware of is that the Quran has a whole chapter honoring MARY the mother of Jesus.
Here is a glimpse from the Quran. There are (at least) two passages in the Qur'an relating the annunciation of Jesus' birth to Mary:
Behold! the angels said: "O Mary! God giveth thee glad tidings of a Word from Him: his name will be Christ Jesus, the son of Mary, held in honour in this world and the Hereafter and of (the company of) those nearest to God;
Surah 3 Verse 45
...then We sent her our angel, and he appeared before her as a man in all respects.
She said: "I seek refuge from thee to (God) Most Gracious: (come not near) if thou dost fear God."
He said: "Nay, I am only a messenger from thy Lord, (to announce) to thee the gift of a holy son.
Surah 19 Verses 17 - 19
One last thing. The biggest miracle of the quran is that it is in its original form and it will never be altered. This is the promise from God.
This challenge was present in the Quran in Chapter no. 17, verse no. 88 which is translated as follows:
" Say: If the whole of mankind and Jinn were together to produce the like of this Quran, they could not produce the like thereof, even if they back up each other with help and support."

Don't forget that the Muslim Allah has never spoken to anyone else. It makes you wonder. How can you prove an event with no witnesses?
