We have only spent time together about four times, but I feel like we are getting closer everytime we see eachother. I told him on Tuesday that it was my bday Thursday and I was going to dinner with family. He texted me that morning goodmorning, but no happy birthday, nothing....should I be mad? I need mens opinion on this. Does it mean he jjust isnt as interested as I think because he obviously isnt paying attention to me or what I say if he forgot that easy.

Casually mention something to him about your birthday, like, "Hey, that restaurant I went to with my family on my birthday was great. We should go there some time." If he says, "Oh, my gosh! I forgot your birthday! I'm so sorry!" (and then gets you some flowers or something in the next few days) you can rest assured that he just honestly forgot.
But if he says, "Oh, yeah? I'll have to try that," then you know he's just not that into you.

Depends on how old he is...Men are notorious for not remembering things, especially dates. It's only been a month, so see how it goes.
Mention to him what you did for your birthday, and see how he reacts. If he acts like "Oh my g-d, I can't believe I forgot"...then you can chalk it up to him just being a guy...if he still doesn't say anything, then you can probably guess he really doesn't care.

guys dont always think the same way! this just happened to me last week...no phone call etc. when he asked how my weekend went..i said..you know it was my b-day & i was disappointed that you didnt even call...guilt worked..he showed up the next day full of apology etc. maybe the guy thought that you were expecting a gift and felt awkward that you havent been dating that long and didnt know how to handle it.
