it should happen in a few weeks from the start of you going assuming you go everyday for an hour and a half and give it your all. you get out of it what you put in. if your not seing results you may want to change your diet. something that really worked for me was this thing called the Blood Type Diet. its kind of hard to get into but you don't eat less just different things that your used to like Bread made with Spelt flour instead of Wheat flour. I started it maybe a month ago and I've lost 14lbs and considering I haven't had time to go to the gym thats pretty good. I hope this helps.

Well you should have lost at least 1 pound a week. if you are working out 3 days a week and eating only healthy foods. no sugar! not a lot of starches, drinking 6 to 8 glasses of water. lots of fruits and vegetables and lean meat. It's probebly something to do with how much you eat and what you eat. diet and excercise go hand in hand.

Typically, you tend to results within 2 weeks. If you havent seen any results, this is most likely attributed to your diet and/or lack of intensity in your workouts.l

Typically, if you stay with the rigid routine, you will definitely see changes in about 2-4 weeks.
