Well go kart you must add in the time it takes to get thru that country's corrupt government, and thru all our country's red tape ,but if given the green light ,it would take about a year or 52 weeks to accomplish this feat.
then you could subtract all the free volunteer labor and building materials that different groups would donate, from the costs. It would be a huge undertaking but it could be done, with the cooperation of both country's.We could also build homes and other needed facilities such as hospitals .
This could entice a lot of illegals to go home and that would certainly bring down the cost of deportation.
Clown the only language you speak is racists
I speak ,Spanish and a couple of more but I am American and my language is English .You are a racist ,nothing more.

Well, since Mexico has an unemployment rate of 40%, why not have them build them for their own country. That's some of the work they come to do here anyway. They can also ship or produce their own supplies for the building, which will further create jobs. Then, they can staff their own hospitals, schools, etc.

I don't really understand the question. My grandfather us to go to Central America with his church group every summer and build churches, schools and even small factories for different villages.
My grandfather was an engineer so he would design everything and gather money through the church for materials and people for labor.
It took them all summer, approx. 3 months to build one building. There was no electricity or pluming. You would be surprised how difficult life is in Central America.
Are you with a corporation willing to donate time, money and labor to building 10,000 schools, hospitals and homes?
Oh no wait I forgot, big corporations go down to Central America and miser their money, employee children, forget about building a home, (try the shack), hospital, (that's a joke) and why would a corporation want to build a school when corporations discourage their child employees to go to school?
okay, Good Luck and Take Care.

I'd rather see American companies building homes and schools and hospitals in this country, But I see your point, Mexico isn't exactly doing a whole lot of anything for its people, And Capitalist America could pitch in and make a fortune.

It's taken 3 years for a Union American company to fix not build a school here. So how long do you think it would take? And still counting.

it couldnt happen. imagine san antonio, except without cops. the residents would carry everything off faster than it could be built. mexico is a lost cause, until they change from inside out. till that happens the best hthing we could do is build a HUGE wall and keep them there.
>>wannaballoon>> that's why so many mexicans are willing to do ANYTHING to get here, right?
>>und ja, ich spreche deutsche. (infinitely better than speaking (not spanish) MEXICAN.>poverty version of spanish

1 year? Unless they would pay to have them all built quickly and simultaneously. Why would they be willing to do that again? Aren't they tight-wads and in Mexico to save a few bucks in the first place?
