it is observed as an Elizabethan Collar, or E Collar. they are worn after a canine has sugery, or has an harm they'd like or chew at and make even worse. The collar gets its call from Queen Elizabeth the 1st, who wore extreme collars whilst she grow to be the Queen of britain.

R u talkin' 'bout prong collars? We call um 'power steering'. Make sure they are tight enough. If they dangle it's too loose and pinches. If they are tight enough, they just 'suggest' the dog follow you.
