How can i reduce the size of the icons of the window? Please note: I do not have a problem with large icons on my desktop.

Hi,
To do this, right click on your desktop and choose Properties. Go to the Appearance Tab. Click the button at the bottom that says Advanced. Under the Item Drop Down, Choose Caption Buttons. Set the size to 25 instead of whatever it is set to now.
This should fix your problem.

Looks like you have altered the resolution of your computer.
go to start programmes - control panel - appearence and themes - display - settings -- adjust the screen resolution to 1024 by728 bits
you will get the normal display

change size

goto control panel.. appearance and themes.. then adjust display settings there
