Not anything that doesn't already exist among the public.
The only thing that I observe are those, from other countries and America, who really are uninformed, virtually about any politics. They either are "quoting" hatred inside their own family, or, browse the Internet and "choose" what they want to believe, simply because it supports a mindset that wants to believe the worst.
I'm retired and have the time to listen and read just about all sides of an issue, whether it be religious differences or politics.
An example of current politics. A current issue.
The Republican Congress introduced a bill in the House that would require an ID for all American citizens in order to vote in the Presidential election 2008.
I don't care what you or others feel about it, but to me the arguments by the Democratic minority
bordered on insanity. I listened to the debate, live.
First, not one Caucasian from the Democratic side offered any argument. The only participants were Black and Spanish Representatives.
Every one uttered the same argument.
They claimed that there WAS NO FRAUD in the voting, or such a minute amount, it was negligible, and did not warrant any ID to prove that one was an American citizen.
Read that last paragraph again. NO FRAUD?
What the fu**? What in hell have we been hearing since 2000 from the Dems? Are they on LSD or what?
So, they claim that some Mexicans were born withiout a birth certificate.
If true, and they ARE citizens, and have worked, how in hell do they intend to prove their age in order to receive SSI? DUH!
Some Blacks lost their certificates in the Hurricanes. Chrissssss! If they did lose them, duplicates are obtainable. Ya think?
And, same as above.
My brother's birth record was destroyed by a court house fire. He obtained another to join the Navy.
Blacks argued that they can't afford an ID. The bill includes a provision to PAY FOR ANYONE, by the government, to obtain an ID. Geezzz!
How much voter fraud have we all heard about that was documented?
Wisconson, one city had 4,700 more votes cast than there were registered voters. NO ONE knows who in hell they were.
California Dem Reps, claimed there was negligent fraud in California. LA DE DA DA!
Me thinks that the Dems doth protest too much!
I have no idea who to vote for. I presume I most likely will vote AGAINST someone.
I lived through the 40 years of Democratic majority. I voted for some.
Today's opinion about the Rebublicans is near the same low as it was when the Dems were ousted.

I see how it can. In my case, I get enraged by the candor of some of the horrible parents and religious zealots (abusers). I lead a normal and good life and no one would guess that I'm stewing over some stranger's problems. It's not like I "rage," outwardly. And no, I usually forget about it as soon as I walk away. I do think that, because of a parenting topic I've discussed on here, that I am going to become politically-active in children's rights. I have been alerted to some serious problems that exist. I know I have been brutally honest, but I always speak my mind on here. There is no benefit in patronism or partial honesty. My intent is ALWAYS to help someone, even if it's the "someone" who's not asking the questions. I try to contribute something positive. Sometimes hurting someone's feelings is positive, because it plants the seed for thought later. Sometimes I answer sarcastically to really stupid or arrogant questions; but I feel like those answers should be anticipated.

Yeah I get a little web rage with the questions. I just can't believe the questions that are being asked on Yahoo. Simply because I've pretty much had common sense all my life, and I know that a lot of the people who are asking the lamest questions have bachelor degrees; master degrees and I can't figure out how these people with these enormous brains can't figure out the smallest intimate or minor details. The other thing that annoys me is that a lot of them won't use the spell check. Therefore, when I'm reading this whatever----I also have to decipher what in the world they're writing! So yes I get a little freaked out when I read the questions put on this site. I'm not saying that I have all of the answers. I'm thinking to myself when I see some of these questions "Oh I've got to get in on this one!" And the bad thing about it that they have points taken away from their scores just to ask a dumb question! Oh well who knows? I guess it's just entertainment!

I do take a lot of things personally but then a lot of the times I just roll my eyes. Sometimes people can be mean and say you're a horrible parent or say hurtful things. Other times--they do that and you just have to think--if this person has such a sad life where they feel the need to question my parenting or beliefs then so be it--it's sad that people are only rude when they hide behind their computers. People do both things you listed and it's sad but that's what we get for putting our lives out there for judgment. That's just my two cents!

What I have found on this site is that some people ask some of the craziest questions for shock value. They really don't want an answer, it is just a way to display their stupidity and get a reaction
be it good or bad. There are those who just want the attention they can't get elsewhere.

I really don't care what people think, I don't take this site that seriously, it has decent people and lt also has losers. People who take this site too seriously, are the idiots who don't have any friends in the first place, because they complain too much, then we have to be stuck with them, they think that we are their best friends, and they just expect too much from us. I answers those morons the way I feel like, and if I feel like they deserve a good answer to their question I give
it to them, but otherwise, they can just hit the abuse button.

As a victim of web rage, I have to agree with you. I just removed my email option because I just got bombed. The anger was totally out of proportion over a stupid etiquette question.

You find all kinds here on YA...
Just like you find in the general public..
A few nuts mixed in with the regular folks...
Anonymity does give a certain amount of courage
and belligerence to some people..
