I want to be a vegetarian but need a diet compatible to my bipolar...is there a book or diet by name that is great for bipolor folks who want to be vegetarians?

well sug im bipolar and i dont follow a certain diet plan, i would go with the regular good ole vegeterian plan

I don't think that there is really a bipolar diet.

But you probably should have more vitamine b12 than you can get from a vegan or vegetarian diet. I would say make sure you take a B-50 or B-100 (a mega-vitamin tablet) every day, regardless of you go vegetarian or not.

Perhaps you should wait a few days before going through with this. There is little to no evidence citing vegetarianism as being more healthy than simple moderation, and as such, there is no good reason to put your health at risk over it.

Be sure to ask your doctor and see what he or she recommends. If you have no recommedations from your healthcare professional then just do the normal vegatarian thing. Good Luck
