Preferably one that does NOT include sherbet. Just something yummy and simple.

Here's one I use when catering weddings.

1) Pink Lemonade (I use Country Time mix - mix with water per package instructions)

2) Ginger Ale

Mix 2 parts lemonade (already made) with 1 part ginger ale. Very tasty, fizzy, REFRESHING and easy to refill. I cater a lot of events and everyone loves it! People do say it's very refreshing and a nice change from the "red punch" that many people serve as non-alcoholic beverages. Plus if you get the lemonade mix at a store like Sam's Club it REALLY cheap.

Best wishes

P.S. You can always add sherbert to the top if you really want to. ;-)

I hope this helps.

I did this one:

Summer Wine Bowl
Serves 12-14
2x75cl bottles dry white white sparkling wine, chilled
500ml/18fl oz sparkling mineral water, chilled (Optional)
175ml/6fl oz Grand Marnier
225g/8 oz strawberries or rasberries or both
60g/2 oz sugar
3 peaches, peeled, halved and stoned
juice of 1 orange
zest of 1 orange, cut into thin strips
block of ice and some crushed ice

1) Hull the strawberries, leaving small ones whole and halving or slicing large ones. Slice the peaches.
2) Arrange the fruit and the orange zest in the bottom of a large shallow dish. Add the sugar and pour over the orange juice and Grand Marnier. Leave to macerate at room temperature for at least one hour.
3) Put a block of ice or plenty of ice cubes in a punch bowl. transfer the macerated fruit and juices to the punch bowl.
4) Just before serving add the chilled sparkling wine and, if desired, the sparkling mineral water.

I hope this one you will try!

Dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water in a large saucepan.
In a separate saucepan boil together the sugar and 4 cups water.

Combine the gelatin and juice mixtures.
Pour into plastic containers and freeze. Set out about 3 hours before serving.
Add the ginger ale just before serving.
