That dinosaur question is just mind-numbing. I'm sure you're a nice person, and if I knew you I would probably think you were very kind.
That said, I would also probably not go to you on issues of science because in that department, you're a nutter. No, I wouldn't say that to you in real life because I'm basically a polite person who lets people believe what they want,, but I would think it very loudly.
Edit: "Big Lizard" is not the same as "Dinosaur." That's like saying big-mouth bass is the same as shark.

Yes. o.O We can. If people stop trying to forcibly convert others and persecuting one another, spouting about how everyone else is going to burn in some place that most of us believe doesn't exist, then yes, we can certainly get along. My roommate is Catholic, I'm Pagan, and we have religious discussions with a guy with a Catholic dad and a Jewish mom and a Protestant guy. Very amicable.

Actually Southpaw big lizard like creatures have been spotted by locals in the Congo even before they came in contact with white people. So how are they making it up if they've never even heard of dinosaurs.

certainly is possible if everyone would treat each other with the same respect they want for themselves. feel as though I'm no better and no worse than anyone else. I am curious and want to gain wisdom and knowledge. this is why I came to this site to begin with.

I don't think people of differing faiths are ever going to get along "entirely". That would require billions of people to set aside their ego, prejudices, and personal beliefs. Can you see that happening anytime soon?
