I like to listen to 70's disco to work out. Most of it is upbeat and fun with nice dance and moving rythms. And if you get the right cd then when a slow song does come on it is perfectly timed to a cool down anyway.

because those 3 get me pumped up and ready for action

I have a mixed CD i work out to...but my fave song to work out to is London Bridge by Fergie!!! Evevrytime I hear that song it makes me want to get up and move.....The pussycat dolls are good too.
