Yes, speak to your local parish about it. The Roman Catholic faith rarely ever marry divorcees in chuch but CofE are a bit more relaxed about it. The priest will ask about why you got divorced before though, and why you think this time it will work. Think of some convincing answers or marry in a registry office or other place that has a marriage license instead. Don't feel pressurised to have a church wedding and don't simply choose one so you can marry in a pretty church. Do it for the right reasons! Good luck!

Yes, that is the whole reason for the creation of the Church of England. Good Ole' Henry VIII wanted to divorce his wife Catherine of Aragon and marry Anne Bowlyn.
Its Catholics that don't approve of divorce.
