Oh my naive child...I think he just wants to hike that skirt up and hit that thang! But, if I'm wrong, you're more than welcome to my gf's used veggies (eggplant, cucumber, squash and 6 cherry tomatoes strung together with fishing line), I took your advice and bought her some real toys...

whatever you preffer... if you think that 'tossing THAT salad' is the only way to get a raise then try it (as long as you are aware and ready to face the consequences: moral, work enviroment, sentimental, etc..) even though you might be selling yourself a bit shortly...

But do realize that it has nothing to do with your REAL abilities (job-wise speaking) and maybe (just maybe) your boss won't take you seriously after the 'salad tossing' so it might be easier for him to 'can' you during the next employee-cut thingy companies have so often nowadays...

gdluck with your decision!

Your boss?- tossing his salad?...lol Im hoping when you said you make a mean salad.. you weren't thinking of FOOD!!!!

if you thinking being slutty, and sleeping with your boss for a raise is the awnser than go for it..

hes just going to keep making proposal's,, and your going to start feeling obligated to do them.

Then when you say no. YOUR FIRED!

No, that would be unprofessional and it would give him control over you that you don't need. Toss some other dudes salad outside of work, you want to go up in your job because you are a good worker not a good "salad tosser"

TheOne can't answer anymore questions today, so I will be taking over on his behalf. He says "According to the rules of Etiquette, you must NOT be in a ordinate/subordinate relationship. If he wants a salad tossed he MUST promote you to a supervisory position. Otherwise it will create jeolousy among your co-workers." That's what TheOne said, anyways.

No, you should not do it. You should tell him you will do it but first he has to put the raise through. Once you see it on your paycheck...report him to Human Resources for Sexual Harrassment and show them the raise as proof. Hell why settle for a raise...when you can sue the whole freaking company...lol.

If you work for a big company you need to bring this to HR. If not then you need to start looking for a new job. If you say Ye to this then he'll start to ask for more and more. If you say No then you'll probably start to get all kinds of backlash and negative treatment. You could probably even sue him for sexual harassment if he starts to get too pushy. You just need some kind of proof.... email, voicemail, etc.

No way.....then he might open a salad bar with you as the 'chef'.....every single deserved/undeserved upliftment or gain will be on the pre-condition of a salad.....
