Here's something that happened at the school I went to a long time ago: One of the girls thought it was 'funny' the way guys reacted when hit or kicked in the testicles. She went up to a guy one morning and kicked him there just for the fun of it. In a blind reaction, and before the pain hit him, he broke her neck. He then fell to the ground in agony.
He was not convicted of any crime. It never even went to trial. The judge considered it temporary insanity and threw out the case.
Violence causes violence. If someone cheats on you, leave. Use violence and be prepared to either get hurt yourself, or get jailed for assault. You think I'm wrong? The prisons are filled with people who used violence because they thought they were 'justified'.

I would only use that tactic if I had to defend myself against physical abuse. If he's cheating than he's obviously not worth the energy it would take to kick him.

I'd simply turn around and walk away. Why get carried away by someone who doesn't care about me or my feelings? I don't believe you can force someone to love or respect you. It's something that has to come from the other person naturally.
