I am 32 and my body allows me to wear tops, low cut pants, baby look blouses and whatever I want, but I have been told that 'women my age should not display their bellies' cause it is for teens. My body is now (due to much effort!) ten times better than when I was a teen! but should I worry about that and try to dress like an 'older lady'??

I'm in the same situation as you. Most of the time I tend not to flaunt it. I think there's nothing wrong with showing it off when you have a good body. But, the other thing to consider is - what kind of people do you want to attract? If you want to attract guys that are your age (and I actually prefer more mature guys) then you need to show your age in some way.

No offence but even if your body is a nice one there is nothing more off then an older women wearing young people clothes specialy if your butt or tummy are hanging out, if they are all saggy. In saying that if you've got the body then show it off there is no shame in that, just dont go over the top! Hot pants and belly tops are not the way to go. Or make a comprimiseand wear something fashionable but also something that is mature and sophisticated. There are alot of clothes out there right now that can do exactly that.

I look at it like this ......... There is a time and a place for every thing ..... I don't look my age and I wear funky thing still of course when I go to my daughters elementary school in my combat boot and jeans rolled up and tank top on other moms look at me maybe I shouldn't go to school but I can get away with it and if I go to a function that calls for something nice my little black dress always fits the bill ....... so time and place and if you can get away with it do it ........ besides 32 isn't old at all Im older than that

Dress how you feel comfortable! There's a time and place for all kinds of "dress". Where want you want according to where you are going or how you feel. example: (Don't wear low cut pants with a thong and a baby shirt to church) You get the picutre?

Thirty -two is young. You go girl! All women should dress according to their bodies, no matter what the age. Also, dressing in what is appropriate for the occasion should be considered.

You should dress like you want to. If you didn't get the chance to show off your body when you were a teen then let it SHINE gurl. They just mad cause they can't do it like you can. Keep on wearing the clothes that you wear and look SEXY doing it!!!

I think that you can still dress sexy and feel good about yourself but you might want to back off of the belly shirts. Those are worn by the high school hoochies not a classy woman.

dress for both.....Just because you are 32 does not mean you can't dress sexy, just do it in a mature fashion. Don't try to dress like a teenager, or a 20-something because you look like you are trying way to hard and you will look funny.

You should dress in the clothes that you feel most comfortable in and enjoy wearing regardless of age or body type.

What other people would wear is their preference, and their opinions don't matter.
