does anyone know how you can use weight safely but fast i feel that from takin the pill i have put on alot of weight and it is getting me down .Is swiming good to loose weight quik ?i dont want to resort to tablets or starving myself ?any tips or advice??

My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.

On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.

The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!

Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.

Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.

Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

Go out and buy smaller plates, then eat smaller portions. I lost 25 pounds in 2 months this way. Drink plenty of fluids and well balanced meal. Try walking 20 minutes 2 X a day. Good Luck.

Losing weight fast and safe don't go together. Anyway who wants to lose weight fast. You'll be left with a flabby body. You make no sense.

Hi JoJo!

I have all my clients stay to 1500 calories per day and stay active. The success rate is almost perfect. I would suggest you do the same thing. Pill is water weight, don't worry about that. Swimming is good exercise but not as effective as cardio for efficiently burning fat.

well you need a combination of 2 things, diet and aerobic exercise
the diet should be calorie restricted and low in fat
for the aerobic part just go running, and do the type of running where you push yourself to go a bit farther then you think you can
