The sweetest thing to do is send her flowers. If you know where she works, send her yellow roses (means friendship) and attach a note like "These rose petals respresent all the reasons I admire you. If you'd like to know those reasons give me a call at ..." Every woman wants a man that wants to be her friend first and lover second. This should definitely break the ice.
If you don't want to spend any money write her a poem, put it in a pretty envelope and have one of your friends deliver it.

1.) have someone else mak the move fore you.
2.) get over it and just make the move.
3.) don't make the move and feel miserable for the rest of your life because you didn't every make the move on her and now your best friend is in love with her and you feel like an @$$.
those are your choices...
i'd pick #2.

You feel butterflies in your stomach but you need to talk to her and maybe your shyness will be over come when you start talking to her and things might work out then. I am shy when it comes to talking to guys that i like face to face but not over the phone so it is typical sometimes.

Talk to her first..dont ask her out but just talk to her..get to know her better..find things in common and talk about that..or ask her about her..girls love it when you show interest in them...then..when you get more comfortable with her you can ask her out
The thing is..if youre to shy to even ask her out, how are you going to be if she says yes? Get more comfortable with her first itll be better for both of you in the long run

If she doesn't feel the same way then girls r suprisingly more tactful than guys- so take a risk and ask her out!
