Is it hard to get around Atlanta. I want to visit the World of Coca Cola, Gladys restaraunt, and Dr King Museum. Do I have to rent a car?

Atlanta has a very nice public transportation system. The sites you mention in Atlanta are easy to get to using their public transportation. I'm guessing by your asking about renting a car that you intend on flying to Atlanta.
Motels are located all over the airport area that have shuttles from the motel to the airport. At the airport is the MARTA train station. The cost is $1.75 and you will take the train from the last stop going north. The World of Coca Cola is at the 5 points station. Follow the signs for UNDERGROUND ATLANTA. (It's part of the station). Underground Atlanta was created when the city was concerned about the delivery trucks parked on the street running while the frieght was unloaded and carried to the basement. To reduce pollution levels the stores starting doing their sales out of the basement using the top floors for storage. Go through underground atlanta and you will find the World of Coca Cola on the other side. I'm thinking the entrance fee is 8 dollars. It is four floors and I enjoyed it. I wouldn't consider the 8 dollars a waste.
The Dr. King tomb, museum and Church are also easy to get to. From the 5 points station you would take the train going east to the king memorial station. Now I'm not positive on if you would consider it walking distance from the train station. I walked the freedom walk from underground atlanta the time I went to the memorial. Don't worry, the $1.75 you paid transfers over to the bus that will be at the stations exit which will take you right past the memorial. After you are done visiting the memorial the bus stop going back to the train station will be on the other side of the street. Again the $1.75 transfers to the train.
As for Glady's Restaurant I'm not sure where it is located. The marta train travels all over the city and you could take the train to the closest train station and a taxi from there.
Stone Mountain is also something you should think about seeing while in the Atlanta area. You would need to rent a car to go there though.
I visited underground atlanta, world of coca cola, king memorial, and dinner at the hard rock cafe all in the same day. Get to the world of coca cola early. Sometimes it gets busy and you would have to wait in line outside.

you will get a taxi, condo vehicle or take the subway (MARTA). it actual relies upon the place you're going. If it extremely isn't any longer too previous due and your holiday spot is close to to a MARTA station, it is the wonderful component to do. From the airport to Buckhead, it extremely is approximately $35 for a taxi whilst there is not any site visitors. it's going to be lots extra if it extremely is for the time of the weekend or rush hour.
