My 7 year old cousin is here from out of state but one of their bags was lost in the airport.
Now he only has a single pair of underwear (They arrived today) so I'm supposed to go out and buy more along with shirts/pants.
The problem is that he's wearing them, and won't tell me the size, nor will he take them off and see the label in back.
Is there any way I can tell/check. I want to do it before everybody comes home.

Where are his parents? Can't you just ask them what size? Tell him that if he that if he tells you what size that you will let him pick out his own underwear with whatever cartoon characters he likes.

Little boy underwear runs small. If he is 7 and he is of average build, (Not chubby) He probably wears a 7/8. If he is a little on the chubby side he might wear a 10/12. Just go to the store and look at them, you'll be able to tell once you look at the different sizes.

Just go to the store and pick some out. Take a pair out of the package and just make a guess to whether they'd fit him or not. They usually stretch so if they are a little small it'll be fine and if they're too big it won't matter because he'll have pants on over them.

Children's under-ware are sized by age you can actually go by a pack of 7yr old under-ware and the elastic should fit unless he is overly small or large for his age another suggestion it to have him go take a bath/shower and Check when he gets in. I hope this helps good luck.

I removed my original answer........you are sick. What is it with you and little boy's underwear. You shouldn't be responsible for any child for 10 minutes. sure guess his weight and height usually on the package it will tell you if they will fit his weight and height..plus you girls sizes are the strangest thing anyway you wear size 7 pants but size 4 underwear..I don't understand....doh..

Take him to the store.. pull out a pair and hold them up to him.. if they look like they fit.. buy them... it's not that hard..

tell him to go in the bathroom by himself and take them off and hand them to you...look at the size and then give him back his clothes...tell him that you wont peek...lol
