Why would you want to love someone who does not love you? then you need to get your self together, I realize it is going to take time, but waste no more energy on it. go out and meet new people, or join a club, take a class, do something different, why sit around and be miserable, you are hurting no one but yourself. Start to treat yourself better, and have some fun.

No its not easier, because no matter how much u truly love them it can grow because people naturally want what they cant' have....and its hard because if u love someone unconditionally that means u love them even though all the hurt and pain they put u thru by not loving u back.....!

I agree. The logic is *** backwards in this department. I am in the same boat, the only problem is I'm in love with my neighbor and I HAVE to see him everyday. He doesn't feel the same. I just keep telling myself I don't like him until it's true! Then again life would be very dull if we never did love.....the hurting is what makes the good times so good.

No, it's one of the cruel facts of life that sometimes this happens. It's mental struggle to get over them. What I found was that you have to focus on other things. When you love someone and they don't love you back you can tend to start obsessing over them. Don't do that. Stay active, go out with friends and anytime that person comes to mind FORCE them from your thoughts. Most important, find someone to date.

You always want something more when you can't have it. If this person loved you back, you probably wouldn't feel as strong about it. The more of a challenge this person is, the more you're going to want to be with them.

Try distraction to get your mind off that person. Hang out with other friends, spend more time at work or on school projects, stay away from that other person and just occupy your mind with lots of stuff. This should help.

simply by fact our very own lives are heavily tainted by very own bias, which makes objective judgement and subsequently optimally efficient action extremely harder. The lives of others although, meaning drastically much less to us, could be seen lots extra objectively and subsequently judged extra for sure. advice we are given in return finally ends up being judged in a private sense, accounting for the stake we've in our very own strikes and our very own bias therein... and subsequently comes under careful and crude scrutiny... hence making it that extremely harder to take to heart adequate to place into action.

well i guess some of us experience that. i, myself is on the same shoe. believe me, it really hurts, isn't it.. it is hard maybe because at some point you want him/her to love you so you still anticipate that he will. you don't stop loving coz you wait for him. that's what i do. i told myself for the nth time that i would forget him, but i can't. i still wait, wait and wait. i wana still wait for that time that he will feel the same for me too...it kills me but it's what makes me happy..
