If you have sincerely forgotten to take your pills since SATURDAY, you shouldn't be on them at all. They don't work if you don't take them. The chances that you conceived last night are pretty good. Yah, ovulation is a factor. But, if you haven't taken the pill in almost a week you should have your period, right? You can still get pregnant. Sperm can live in you for up to seven days! If you want to be on birth control you need to be responsible with it. You can't just skip a week and expect everything to be OK. Get Plan B right away! You can take it up to 72 hours of one single act of unprotected sex. Of course the sooner you take it, the higher its effectiveness. Think about getting on a different birth control. Something that you don't have to take daily. Although, I highly recommend staying away from the Depovera shot. I have seen it do horrible things to everyone I know who has taken it.

Hopefully you will be able to ask the professional whom prescribed your birth control. If not, I would seek the advice of a nurse practitioner specializing in family planning at the health department; they will usually answer telephone questions within a timely manner. Ask one that will have the most accurate info, possibly the drug manufacturer will have info on line or a toll free number, you will be able to speak with a representative. Have you ever considered the depo shot? I know it's not for everyone. Just an idea or what about these patches that are available. It has been a while since I have had to worry about this, but trust me I have had my share. What you are going through is not fun and not worth it! Hope you find the way so you don't have to go through this another time.

birth control stops the ovulation process and depending on your body you may or may not have been ovulating. it can take a long time to get pregnant after stopping birth control. I would say it's a slim chance. But you never know, it is possible.

If you ever aren't sure and it hasn't been more than 5 days since you had unprotected sex then go to a Planned Parenthood or clinic and get emergency contraception, or the morning after pill. It's worth it believe me. It costs like 40-60 so it's a bit pricey but so is having a kid.

Chances aren't that high, but, just to scare you, I'll say that they're extremely high, and that you ought to start gobbling them pills up now before the conceivement maximizes and becomes too powerful for even you, Superman!
Wait, what am I talking about again?
Oh, right. Chances are you didn't conceive. But throwing somebody's entire life up to chances isn't a very nice thing to do.

it is a possability that you could end up pregnant it really depends on your cycle. Just in case you end up pregnant I would stay off the pill untill you find out. If you keep taking the pill and you end up pregnant the baby could have a birth defect.

slim, the pill is still in your system even if you didn't take it for a few days, not saying you can't but the chances are slim. If you miss your period next month better get a test, chances are you're okay though.

You should get emergency contraception today and use condoms in the future. Even though you are on the pill, condoms are still a good idea.
Unless you want to get pregnant, of course.
Call your local planned parenthood or your doctor.
