My First Pet was named Kissie. (yes I named it) (hey I was 5 dont make fun of me)
Brittish Blue short hair cat. Very good cat great disposition.
Since she died a while ago me and My dad have made sure to adopt cats with that gene.
My New Cat Hef is a mix BB short hair with something else
and My dad has Blusha which is a strait BB short hair.

As a child growing up my first pet was a Golden Retriever named Dinah (as in "someones' in the kitchen with Dinah" -she came with that name when we adopted her, don't blame me) & as an adult with my kids our first family pet i a Chihuahua named Hennessy he is only 8 days old right now & sooooo adorable!! We can't wait until he is ready to leave his mom, dad & littermates, so that he can complete our family!!
Don't you just love toy breed dogs!!!!!

According to my dad, my first word was "dog", so on my first birthday, he bought me a dog. Her name was Muggs and she was a solid white American Bulldog. She was my best friend and my protector for 10 years.
Of course, we were never a one dog family, so we usually had four dogs at a time. Shortly after Muggs came, Cindy lou, Piggy, Chi Chi and a cat named Robert came along.
Since I was born in 1953, I've lost count of all my beloved dogs...cats, rats, chickens, ducks, turtles, lizzards, fish, hamsters, guinea pigs, gerbils, birds (canaries, finches, Mynah bird, budgies, parrots) .....and two baby squirrels that I hand raised. I loved 'em all!

Our first dog was a Chihuahua/Manchester terrier mix named Pepe who was a demolition derby on four paws. It's a wonder that my folks ever owned another dog afterwards.
